“ The staff are so friendly, the place is new and very clean. The Thai Milk Tea is very nice. But my all time favorite is the Pandan Coconut Milk Tea, it is like drink Chendol and it taste exactly like the Pandan Chiffon cake. Very yummy! I ordered both with 25% sugar as I am afraid that full sugar might be too sweet. Absolutely love this place and the range of milk tea and toppings they serve. Highly recommend :) ”

“ Easy parking, close to home, small and tight seating arrangements, staff at the counter is rude, social distancing is a joke. A few of the drinks we wanted sold out or not available, we did not wanted to wait 40 mins before the next batch is ready. Decided to go for the two recommendations taro milk and brown sugar. Left disappointed. After a chat with one of the owner regarding informing the customers of what extra is not available or out of stock drink e.g. glass jelly and Pandan/coconut. Right after the masks rule was lifted we decided to return and to our amazement the recommendation was taken on board. This time everything was very good; glass jelly was soft, boba was crunchy. Our 6 years old absolutely loved the Classic Taro Milk Tea. ”

“ Very Nice Boba place and quite distinct compare to others. You have to try their fresh boba as a topping regardless of whatever flavor you choose. We ordered the Taiwanese Boba Milk Tea and Pandan Coconut Milk Tea. Taiwanese boba is around 7/10 for me. Pretty standard milk tea but the boba is fresh and soft. Just nice and chewy enough to be pleasant. One of the best fresh boba in perth in my opinion. The Pandan Coconut is definitely recommended to try if you like pandan taste and smell. Loved it. So can definitely give it a 9/10. Will definitely try others next time. The Brown Sugar and Taro Milk tea will be my next and maybe the tornado series too. Go and give it a try! ”

“ A wide variety of bubble tea to choose from. The fruit teas are refreshing and the milk teas were delicious. There are usually very long lines from dinner time onwards. We waited for 20 minutes to order and waited a further 40 minutes for the drinks to be made. ”

“ It’s always extremely busy here. This has been our go to boba boba place for few years now so I finally decided to make my review for the place. We have always had friendly service here, consistently good amount of toppings and taste of drink, yes the wait times are always long here and it’s hard to get parking at night but it’s worth coming to try out. ”

“ Love how the pearls are made fresh. They’re so soft and less chewy than the other bubble tea shops around. They have some unique flavours you cant find anywhere else (like pandan, watermelon coconut) and a few common flavours (jasmine milk tea, lychee). The service is always friendly and despite always being busy the service is quite fast. Highly recommend! ”

“ Very good variety of drinks to choose from. I personally got the Lychee drink with lychee jelly and was very refreshing. Overall a great bubble tea store. I think the merch they sell was pretty nice as well as it would definitely be something I would wear, and the presentation and display of it was appealing. Staff were kind and nice and my order took less than 5 minutes to be made. Would highly recommend :) ”

“ Funky little store serving high quality drinks. My favourite one so far is the watermelon coconut crush with cheese foam. It's delicious. Sugar and tea levels are customisable for standard drinks. Cheese foam is tasty and service is friendly. Recommend a visit for bubble tea lovers. ”
